Real Experience Consultancy was founded by two directors with over 40 years experience in training and development. REC has become an expert and efficient training provider for UK and international clients, businesses and organisations. 

The company is underpinned by a considerable number of year’s law enforcement, government, military and security experience. The concept and inspiration of REC was initially founded by the exposure at the front-line and aside from professional experience the directors, managers and trainers have undertaken professional and industry linked training. Additionally, academic study in areas such as Youth Justice, Community Safety and Criminology provide a theoretical and research perspective to all material and training.
