REC is a London based training provider and consultancy company specialising in Education, Training, Development and Awareness. 

The company was established in order to assist and support other organisations, charities and companies to identify options and solutions for improving their service for their contractors and customers to improve confidence, understanding and learning. With our innovation and drive we can create, implement and deliver unique interactive courses, provide inspirational lectures and offer training for leadership and management. Our service will significantly develop individuals, teams, departments and their performance but also improve companies’ outcomes and service provision.

REC is underpinned by a considerable number of year’s law enforcement, government, military and security experience. The concept and inspiration of REC was initially founded by the exposure at the front-line and aside from professional experience the directors, managers and trainers have undertaken professional and industry linked training. Additionally, academic study in areas such as Youth Justice, Community Safety and Criminology provide a theoretical and research perspective to all material and training.
